We are currently offering a very limited number of $US 295 per month full regions at 0$ setup on a first come first serve basis. These are recently acquired region that need quick occupancy. There are no “rules” to follow on theming for these regions. Your SecondLife avatar will be delegated as owner with full Estate\Region Controls.
