AzureIslands now offers individual sims to it's clients. Don't want to
deal with the purchase process? Don't want to deal with billing? Don't
want to worry about support? AzureIslands Private islands are perfect
for you. These islands are offered to you with full permissions and
restriction free! You will have all the tools that a regular island
owner has, your name will show up as the owner of the island no matter
what option you take! You will be able to pick the sim name and rating

If you wish to be connected, restrictions will apply (see below). Unconnected sims come
without custom terraforming or design work. If you wish us to custom design your sim,
it will be charged at a rate of US$80.00/hour.
Pricing Options
Intial Fee: One time fee due at purchase to cover the cost of the sim.
Monthly Tier: Recuring monthly fee to cover maintenance and upkeep of the sim.
Transfer Fee: If at any time you wish to transfer the simulator you will be charge transfer and renaming fees.

Connected Sims
If you wish to have your private sim connected to the Azure continent, additional
terraforming and zoning restrictions apply. We cannot guaruntee a particular preffered
connection point is availible - a preference for zoning will affect the final position
of your sim.
Terraforming
All the sims on the Azure Continent have been designed and terraformed by the Azure
Islands staff. Connected sims will have a layout determined and fixed by the Azure Islands
staff. Terraforming will be allowed to +/- 4m from the original layout. If you have a
preference for the design, we may be able to accomidate.
Estate Options
Due to the limited functionality of the estate tools, connected sims will not have
access to the normal estate tools.
Zoning
Connected sims are more relaxed in zoning requirements, however if a connected sim
is placed next to a residential area (you can indicate a preference), then residential
zoning rules will apply.
Reserved Land
We may reserve a portion (up to 10,000 sqm, usually less) of the land in a connected
sim for roads, lights, signs, and other commons builds. This land will be owned by
the Azure Islands group, however any unused prims will be allocated back to the
remaining area.
